Last Remaining Fugitive in Largest Coordinated Organized Crime Takedown in the History of the FBI Surrenders

Joseph Lombardi, aka “Joe Dogs,” who was wanted for his alleged involvement in extortion and extortion conspiracy, surrendered today to the FBI in New York. Lombardi was the only remaining fugitive in last week’s largest coordinated organized crime takedown in the history of the FBI.

This marks a successful conclusion to last week’s operation, as all 127 indicted members and associates of La Cosa Nostra have now been arrested. For more information, please contact the Department of Justice Main Press Office at 202-514-2007.
